Hovering tooltip shows Meta Description of the app
You may want to update your Meta Description of your app now because currently when the user hovers to an app in Freebook Platforms store, it shows the Meta Description of the app.
Update the Meta Description in Freebook Platforms Store>> Manage Products >> Description
When the user hovers to this product in Freebook Platforms store, it shows this Meta Description in term of a tooltip.
Review & Rating
Review & rating for a developer is now allowed in developer profile.
Developers and clients can reply to a review or continue a discussion in the review.
After providing a review, clients now can update it. Once updating a review, clients can only change the rating star number, cannot change the original review message. The updated message for review will be a new reply to the review.
Developers now can report an abused review to admin. Once the report is submitted, it will turn to be a ticket of the developer in Client Area. If the abuse report then is verified and proved to be abused, the associated review will be removed by Freebook Platforms Store Admin.
Please note that review is intended for clients that have actually worked with the developer. Clients kindly make a sufficient effort to contact the developer before posting negative feedback and do not use the review system to force others.
Featured Criteria
Featured Product
- Condition: Product must have at least THREE 5-star reviews and must have an average rate from 4 stars to higher in order to get featured.
- Each Developer could have TWO products for each App, Theme, and Language to be shown in featured section in homepage.
- Any App, Theme, and Language which meets the featured condition will be set to featured automatically by the store.
- Featured Products and listing in home page (ex: Packages section) will display in random if there are many items.
Featured Developer
- Condition: Developer profile must have at least SEVEN 5-star reviews and must have an average rate from 4 stars to higher in order to get featured.
- The developer who meets the featured condition will be set to featured automatically by the store.
- Featured Developers will display in random if there are many.
Note: Featured Criteria is subject to change by Freebook Platforms Store Admin.
Top Rated App
Each app has a rating point. The point is calculated as following:
- App gets +2 point for each 5-star review
- App gets +1 point for each 4-star review
- App gets 0 point for each 3-star review
- App gets -1 point for each 2-star review
- App gets -2 point for each 1-star review
The app has the highest point will be placed at the highest position in Top Rated app section.
So in order to be at a high position in Top Rated order, your app needs to have as many 4-star and 5-star reviews from clients as possible.
